The large global law firm of Orrick Herrington , Sutcliffe  that usually produces over 300 tax exempt bond
issuances annually is currently working with our group to complete the legal work for a multi-million dollar
Tax Exempt School Bond. The bonds will  pay for the property chosen for the school campus in North
Eastern Nevada, the building of the new Howard N Rolfe Institute of Science plus a million sqare feet of
aquaponics farm plus a fish farm. This farms project - a permanent,  'hands -on - student project' in
collaboration with professors and research scientists, is planned to be expanded domestically and
internationally to assist in teaching the population of our country and globally, how to conserve resources
and produce vegetables and fruit - disease free. Funds from the lage annual harvests of produce will
conveniently allow the Institute to have income for operations and scholarships. We anticipate a part of the
farms project may be operational by the end of 2018.   Plans include the Farms project with laboratories; the
Institute buildings andn a large Arts & Science Center: a campus large enough to ultimately include: tennis;
stables - and more. Consideration in the overall design for student and other residences will be for excellent
security.   ''
Above are photos of sections of other facilities
illustrating our intention to use
: sky lights and
designs to take advantage of natural light as
much as possible. We have used the photos
below as examples of possibilities. Our building
designs must accommodate for possible snow
fall.  Architect's Illustrations will be available

Internationally  Known Scientists, and Professors: a hands-on project for a segment of the RIS students of
Department of Earth Sciences: Department of
 Agriculture, Biotechnology, & Natural Resources,
will be an initial one million square feet (1,000,000 sq. ft.) of proprietary closed system technology
Acuaponics facility plus fish farm.

Icon International Foundation scientists and engineers have spent 12 years improving all aspects of this
science. Scientists claim the science behind RIS aquaponics project to be about 8 years ahead of the
currently popular process. The amount of production and such minimal consumption of water is more than
amazing. Internationally known Research Scientist, Doctor Nicholas Savidov and our Engineer Ronald W.
Clark are just two of the professionals that will continue to be involved in the new Institute of Science (RIS)
and its monumental students' hands-on foods project.  Please click on

NOTE:       At a recent meeting of the Trustees, with other future staff members, it was determined that, while
everyone really likes the name Nevada Institute of Science, it was suggested that the name was not really
practice for the Institute considering plans for expansion through future years, domestically as well as
internationally. After a fair amount of deliberation, It was suggested the name should be one that would be
appropriate but but acceptable anywhere. The name ultimately chosen was that of the father of one of the
original founders of the Institute project:  Howard N Rolfe Institute of Science (RIS)
